Career Path

OIPL has multiple divisions like Marketing , IT Processes, Software Development Team, & Human Resources. Each of the divisions are like a gears moving in cohesive form. 

As a flexible architecture within the organization, performance management is reviewed based on the KPI defined.  Quarterly performance is reviewed by HR as well as online Collaborative Platform and  yearly self appraisals. An offer for promotions, salary increment are handed over, to make the process transparent everything is online.

Employee Satisfaction Tracking surveys are conducted online via external agencies to make the process fair.

Incase of the Covid Situation/ Pandemic situations work from home flexibility is also provided to all our team members.

  6. Incase needed a personal interview to be schedule with HR and Administration
  7. Offer /Rejection of the Job via Letter of Intent
  8. Acceptance or Doubt Clearances from Applicant
  9. Final Document Submissions – Like National ID/AADHAR  Copy , Passport Copy, Address Proof Copy, Two Passport Size Pic or Digital Copy, Relieving /Experience Letter from Past Organisation , Salary statement from Last Left Organisation , Signed Contract Agreement Signed
  10. Letter of Appointment – Contractual / Adhoc / Probation/ Permanent .
  11. Employee Handbook Soft Copy via online Platform ( Post Joining )
